The petition of electors of the Division of Mudgeeraba draws to the attention of the House to the inadequacy of public transport services in the western suburbs of the Gold Coast.Your petitioners therefore request the House to direct the Department of Transport to undertake a review of western Gold Coast public transport giving particular attention to bus routes, service times, frequency of service, time taken to arrive at important destinations such as Gold Coast Hospital from outer suburbs and the training standards of service providers.
