TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
The petition of citizens of Queensland draws to the attention of the House the use of recycled sewerage effluent for drinking purposes.
Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to immediately prohibit the use of recycled sewerage effluent for storage and release into the drinking system and divert to the sole use by only industry and agriculture in the State of Queensland.
