Sometimes Strangers'

The heritage Strangers' Dining Room is open to the public

Opened in the 1800's, the Strangers' Dining Room was traditionally used for Members of Parliament to bring their guests. Now, the heritage room is open to the public every Friday for lunch and dinner.

Sometimes Strangers’ is a quintessential Queensland dining experience that features Modern Australian dishes made using the highest quality local ingredients.

Time: Lunch from 12pm – 3pm and dinner from 6pm – 10pm
Cost: $60 per person (plus booking fee)
Venue: Stranger’s Dining Room, Parliament House. Entry via the Parliamentary Annexe Building on Alice Street, Brisbane
Dress code: Business attire 

Additional Information

Photo ID (such as a Driver's License) is required to be shown on entry to Parliament House.
Please note that parking is not available at Parliament House for attendees of 'Sometimes Strangers' events.
