Lifts and accessibility in the Parliamentary Annexe Building

Important notice graphic
Visitors to the Parliamentary Annexe will experience some limitations to access around the building while we undertake some lift upgrades to improve public access.
Between December 2018 and early May 2019 there will be no lifts operational for visitors to the Annexe on Parliamentary sitting days.
Access to Annexe levels 4 and above will be by stairs only.
Please advise security staff of mobility issues and appropriate arrangements will be made.
Access for members of the public wishing to view Legislative Assembly proceedings from the public gallery will continue to be via the front of Parliament House (the George Street entrance) during sitting weeks and is unaffected by the lift upgrade.
We apologise for any inconvenience.
