TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
Electors of Toowoomba North draws to the attention of the House the unsafe roadways surrounding Wilsonton State High School, namely the intersection at Richmond Drive and North Street.
Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to work with the Toowoomba Regional Council to utilise the School Transport Infrastructure Program to investigate the implementation of a scramble crossing to increase student safety for students travelling to and from school.
