Queensland’s Citizens draws the attention of the House: to a meeting of the World Health Organisation, which is due to take place in Geneva on 22-28 May 2022.
On the Agenda of this meeting are certain legally binding US Amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005) which 198 countries, including Australia, have been asked to sign into international law.
These Amendments will have a significant impact on the Sovereign Rights of this country, and any signing by the Government at the upcoming meeting, will have been done without the express knowledge or consent of the Australian people.
Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to: submit a formal request to the Australian Prime Minister and Federal Cabinet, that NO Treaty, Amendment, or ANY other binding documents be signed at this meeting, until a fully informed public debate and National Referendum has been held.
