Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House the use of coercion and segregation by the Queensland Government.

The use of coercion as a method of pressuring people into compliance with Queensland Government policies that are incompatible with individual human rights, informed consent and freedom of choice is unacceptable and should be stopped.

The threat or use of segregation as a consequence for non-compliance of these Queensland Government policies (excluding lawful criminal incarceration), are contrary to Australian values, human rights and individual freedoms and should be stopped.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to do all in its power to cease the use of coercion and segregation as methods of gaining compliance to policies that are incompatible with human rights, informed consent, and individual freedoms.
