Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House that section 17(3) of the Human Rights Act 2019 (Qld) provides that a person must not be subjected to medical or scientific experimentation or treatment without the person’s full, free and informed consent. The Queensland Government is intending on enforcing mandatory vaccinations and vax passports for border control.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to act on the will of the people of Queensland and remove mandatory vaccinations and vax passports in government departments and for Queensland residents.
