Parliamentary attendants
Parliamentary Attendants perform a range of duties including guiding tours and working in the Parliamentary Chamber.
Our Parliamentary Attendants generally work between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday and must hold a current Blue Card.

Casual catering attendants
The Queensland Parliament precinct includes a fine dining restaurant, café and coffee shop. We also regularly host a range of private and public events for up to 2,000 guests.
Our dedicated and high-performing service team is always on the lookout for experienced casuals.
Our ideal applicant will have:
- minimum 1 years’ experience in a fine dining restaurant or similar 5 star venue
- current Queensland RSA Statement of Attainment
- Australian working rights (Visa/Residency)
- excellent customer service skills
- strong communication and organisational skills
- ability to prioritise work and work well under pressure
- a focus on working well in a small team environment.
