Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House the Needle Syringe Program (NSP) at the Palm Beach Community Health Centre. Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to, in the interest of community safety, put in place a procedure for measuring and monitoring the impacts of and implement guidelines for the determination of the most suitable locations for NSP facilities. Additionally we seek an undertaking that regular reviews of the NSP will be conducted and the results are made publicly available.
