The petition of electors of Redlands draws to the attention of the House that there has been and will continue to be
significant residential growth in the suburbs of Victoria Point, Redland Bay and Mount Cotton with increased demand on the Queensland Fire and Rescue Services.
Your petitioners therefore request the House to urgently consider placing a Fire Station in the southern part of the Shire.
