TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House to the ongoing, unacceptable levels of anti-social youth
behaviour experienced by residents in the suburbs which fall between Palm Beach and Coolangatta.
Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to establish a dedicated Tactical Crime Unit for the southern Gold Coast and upgrade the Palm Beach Police Station to 24 hours operations as a matter of urgency.
