TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House the dangerous condition and neglect of the Head Road in the Scenic Rim region, also known as The Falls Tourist Drive. This is a very busy tourist drive and the road has seen a massive increase of users as more and more people are discovering this part of South East Queensland. Scenic Rim Council have received many complaints about this road but say they have no money.
Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to facilitate funding the repair and maintenance of this road.
