Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House an oversight by the Queensland Government to provide commuter access between the Gold Coast Light Rail station at Parkwood to both the industrial and surrounding residential estates in Molendinar. 

Your petitioners, therefore request the House to establish a pedestrian only overbridge from the Parkwood light rail station to a suitable access point within the Molendinar industrial estate crossing over Smith Street.
