TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
The petition of residents of the State of Queensland draws to the attention of the House the urgent need for the replacement of the John Muntz Causeway bridge.
Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to demand urgent action to build a new bridge at the John Muntz Causeway to increase safety and alleviate the bridge becoming inoperable during weather events.
