Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House:  the petitioners urge the Queensland Government to strongly support the establishment of the Mater Private Hospital, with public patient facilities, in the Springfield area.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to:  that the Queensland Government re-consider the Government Growth Strategy for the eastern suburbs of Ipswich, Particularly the provision of adequate health, hospital and medical services to meet current and future growth in the area.
