The petition of residents of the State of Queensland draws to the attention of the House the constant anti-social and unruly behaviour in some areas of Highland Park.  This includes constant hooning, dumping of rubbish, drunken and sexual behaviour, drug dealing, bad language, safety and lack of policing in the Chevron Rise area.

Your petitioners therefore request the House to provide additional policing in Highland Park in a bid to curb this behaviour which is ruining the safety and lives of its residents.  As well the petitioners support a bid by residents living in Chevron Rise for an electrified gate system at the entrance to Chevron Rise to nullify this behaviour.
