We the undersigned ask the government to guarantee that the fast-tracking of Greenfield development sites on the Sunshine Coast will not be allowed to proceed until appropriate infrastructure and community facilities have been provided, including direct access to main roads and public transport, additional public hospital facilities and schools; and all normal planning processes have been completed, including environmental assessments and traffic impact studies.
