Enjoy a delicious High Tea at Queensland Parliament House.
The Queensland Parliament is proud to offer High Tea in the beautiful Strangers' Dining Room from 10:30am-12noon on the following dates in 2010 : Februrary 5, March 5, April 9, June 4 and July 2.
During 2010, there will also be five themed High Tea events which celebrate special occasions.
At each High Tea, you will be served a lovely selection of delicacies prepared by the Parliament's resident chefs while taking in the beauty of Queensland's premier heritage building.

Following High Tea, all guests will also receive a special guided tour of the Parliament that includes a visit to the heritage O'Donovan Library
Special High Teas
In addition to the monthly High Teas, there will be five themed High Teas on special occasions during 2010.
These special High Teas will be held on the following dates:
- Easter - 1 April;
- Mothers Day - May 7;
- Queen's Birthday - 18 June;
- Exhibition - 13 August; and
- Christmas High Teas - 16 & 17 December.
To celebrate these occasions, the special High Teas will also include a classical string duo playing and a glass of sparkling wine offered to each guest.
The cost for these special High Teas is $42 per person and reservations are essential.

Guests at all of the Queensland Parliament’s High Tea functions will be offered a special guided tour of the Parliament which includes a visit to the historic O'Donovan Library.
