| Parliament House School Tours Parliament House is pleased to announce a new addition to the Parliament House tours called the eDemocracy display. The eDemocracy display focuses on three key eDemocracy initiatives - eBroadcasts, ePetitions and consultQLD. The eDemocracy display tour will be for approximately 15 minutes and will include an audio-visual presentation, information wall panels and interactive computer consoles. Senior Secondary, Tertiary and Community Seminar Programs
Parliamentary Education Services provides seminar programs - which include a tour of the Parliament - for senior secondary students, TAFE and tertiary students, public servants and other professional and community organisations.
Primary/Secondary School Tour Information
The Parliamentary Attendants also provide separate tours for primary and secondary students and the general public. These tours operate Monday - Friday between 9:30 am - 1:30 pm (see tour times below). The tour will start at the Parliamentary Annexe and take aproximately 1 hour 30 mins and will take you through the Parliament House - Front Door (Carriageway & Foyer), Parliamentary Annexe - Level 3 Colonnade (Morning Tea) and Parliament House - Legislative Council (Red Chamber), Hallway (Honour Boards, Mace Cabinet & Leadlight window) and Legislative Assembly (Green Chamber) on non-sitting days or the Legislative Assembly Gallery on sitting-days.

Recommendation to Teachers of touring groups
It is recommended that students utilise toilet facilities in the Botanical Gardens prior to the commencement of their Parliament House School Tour.
