I can confirm for the interest of Members that I am advised television cameras are not allowed on the floor of the chambers in Federal Parliament and the majority of State and Territory Parliaments within Australia and have only been allowed on the floor of Queensland Parliament subject to the guidelines contained in the Media Access Policy tabled in 2006.
